- Has shipped React Native apps to both App Store and Google Play
- Knows Firebase inside and out (Firestore, Realtime Database, Auth)
- Understands GPS/mapping technologies (Mapbox, Google Maps)
- Can work independently and take ownership
- Believes in our mission to help communities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Mapbox or advanced mapping features
- Payment integration experience (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Interest in search and rescue or emergency response
Compensation:
- Equity: 1-5% based on experience
- Salary: After seed funding (targeting Q2 2026)

Marketing Lead

- Has grown consumer apps from 0 to 10k+ users
- Understands community building and viral growth
- Can create compelling content (video, social, email)
- Knows paid acquisition (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Has PR/media relationships
Responsibilities:
- Launch strategy for TestFlight and Google Play
- Community management and engagement
- Content creation for all channels
- Partnership development with shelters, rescue groups
Compensation:
- Equity: 1-3% based on experience
- Commission: On partnerships and revenue targets
